Why would you want Jordan’s to manage the property you rent? |
| |
Jordan’s are a well respected letting agent throughout the Country and have working for us some of the industries biggest voices; two ex-presidents of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA), one member of ARLA’s advisory forum.
Furthermore we get things done. The unique way we manage properties enables us to react quickly to issues at the property you rent, and you can tell us about any maintenance issues 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and track the progress of the job on-line.
Plus we can communicate with you via SMS or email if you wish, no more letters!

Why would your landlord consider switching to Jordan’s? |
| |
We are at the cutting edge of product design to assist landlords and tenants in making letting and renting a property a more pleasurable and hassle free experience, whilst providing market leading ‘safety net’ products, from landlord and tenant insurances through to our truly unique and revolutionary On-Time© rental payment scheme.
Furthermore, we have offices in Altrincham, Bolton, Fallowfield, Norwich, Manchester, Warrington, Wilmslow and Borehamwood. Where we don’t have offices we take the ‘direct’ approach and assist tenants and landlords using our Jordan’s Direct agents.
We also manage property from Cornwall to Carlisle and every where in between for some of the biggest Landlords in the UK through our National Contracts departments based in Borehamwood and Wilmslow.
Finally, we have harnessed technology to keep landlords informed of events on their property when they want to know about them, so all landlords get on-line access to their property account, giving access to:
|
| |
 |
| |
• |
Statement Previews |
| |

This offer is open to all landlords whose properties are currently tenanted, and managed or rent is collected by another agent or the landlord themself (not Jordan’s), with the primary aim of saving the landlord money immediately.
