The On-Time© scheme covers, in particular:-

  Any rent not paid by the Tenant is paid by the Agent to the Landlord on the due date.
  On-Time© rental payments continue for up to 12 months when rent is unpaid or until vacant possession is obtained
  When vacant possession has been achieved, payments continue for a further 2 months at 50% of the tenancy’s
rent or until a new tenant is found.
  There is no excess to pay.
    There is up to £50,000 worth of legal expenses arising in respect of any material breach of the Tenancy Agreement by the Tenant
  Furthermore, we have offices in Altrincham, Bolton, Fallowfield, Norwich, Manchester, Warrington, Wilmslow and Borehamwood.
Where we don’t have offices we take the ‘direct’ approach and assist tenants and landlords using our Jordan’s Direct agents.

We also manage property from Cornwall to Carlisle and every where in between for some of the biggest Landlords in the UK through
our National Contracts departments based in Borehamwood and Wilmslow.

Finally, we have harnessed technology to keep you informed of events on your property when you want to know about them, so all landlords get on-line access to their property account, giving access to:
