As a landlord why consider switching to Jordan’s? |
| |
Jordan’s are a well respected letting agent throughout the Country and have working for us some of the industries biggest voices;
two ex-presidents of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA), one member of ARLA’s advisory forum.
We are at the cutting edge of product design to assist landlords and tenants in making letting and renting a property a more pleasurable and hassle free experience, whilst providing market leading ‘safety net’ products, from landlord and tenant insurances through to our truly unique and revolutionary On-Time© rental payment scheme.
The On-Time© scheme covers, in particular:-

• |
Any rent not paid by the Tenant is paid by the Agent to the Landlord on the due date. |
| |
• |
On-Time© rental payments continue for up to 12 months when rent is unpaid or until vacant possession is obtained |
| |
• |
When vacant possession has been achieved, payments continue for a further 2 months at 50% of the tenancy’s
rent or until a new tenant is found. |
| |
• |
There is no excess to pay. |
| |
|
There is up to £50,000 worth of legal expenses arising in respect of any material breach of the Tenancy Agreement by the Tenant |
|

our National Contracts departments based in
Borehamwood
and Wilmslow.

Jordan’s standard Agency Agreement must be signed and all the Terms and Conditions adhered to throughout the management of the property regardless of a “management free fee” period or not. |
| |
• |
0% + VAT management fee is for 6 months from the date of the property transfer for 6 x one monthly rent payments whether rent is paid or not. |
| |
• |
Clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions applies should the property be withdrawn regardless of whether a tenant is in occupation or not prior to the expiry of the 12 month contracted term, and the withdrawal fee is 6 x one months normal management fee. |
| |
• |
The normal management fee must be agreed prior to the taken on of the property, which will be the management fee used post the “management free fee” period. |
| |
• |
Should the property become vacant mid-may through the “management free fee” period, then a normal letting fee and associated costs are payable to Jordan’s, the balance of the “management free fee” then continues. |
